School Menu

Meals rotate on a three-week basis with the menus changing every Easter and October half-term. Throughout the year there will also be ‘Theme Day Menus’ on offer either to celebrate an occasion or link in with topical subjects such as Christmas Lunch, Bonfire Night, World Book Day, etc.

Special Diets

We can provide special diets for pupils with allergies who want to have a school meal. Special diets are provided for pupils with a medical problem, not just a dislike of certain food. Medical evidence confirming the child's allergy will be required.

Our standard primary school menu is nut free. Our ingredients are manufactured in a nut free environment so all children can eat our standard menu without having to register for a special diet.

Ordering your school meals

All school meals must be pre-ordered online via Tucasi’s School Cash Office website (SCOPAY). To register your account, you will require a Pupil Link Code which can be obtained from the School Office on request.

To log on to the School Cash Office website, please click on the link below:

www.scopay.com

For step-by-step instructions on how to pre-order your school meals, please refer to the 'online meal ordering - parent quick reference guide' attached below.

Please note that school dinners must be ordered at least 7 days in advance and you will only able to make changes or selections online for the following week, not the current week. For any short notice changes to your requirements, please contact the School Office.

Payment

All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are automatically entitled to a meal, free of charge, under the UIFSM (Universal Infant Free School Meal) programme. No registration is required.

For Key Stage 2 children (Years 3 – 6), meals are priced at £2.30.

Payment is required in advance and as such you will only be able to pre-order your meals online if you have a positive balance. You can ‘top-up’ your dinner money online at any time and with any amount.

Free School Meals

Eligibility for free school meals depends on the circumstances of the parents or carers. Parents of children who meet the standard free meal criteria are encouraged to register; this includes parents of children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 who would otherwise be entitled to the Universal Infant Free School Meals.
