WALT: sequence events.
Today we are going to be putting the method into the correct sequence and use time adverbials. Re-read the text again and focus on the ‘method’ section. How many steps are there? Why are they numbered?
Using the sequencing cards in your pack put the instructions in the correct order.
Cut out each instruction and then place in the correct order.
Once you have put them in the correct order (you can check by using the text if you need to) stick them on a piece of paper. At the start of each instruction can you think of a time adverbial? Remember to use a comma after your time adverbial.
